One Week of Our Favorite Vegan Dinner Recipes

Need a week’s worth of vegan recipes? We’ve rounded up our 7 favorites!
Delicious, satisfying, and (mostly) quick!

“Going vegan” can seem like a daunting task. How the heck do you make a meal without meat? When we first started introducing more plant-based meals into our diet, Tommy and I did a lot of experimenting and A LOT of Pinteresting. We found some great recipes and also suffered through a few duds. My first recommendation is always to start slowly, try to veganize family favorites or incorporate vegan alternatives one at a time. But if you’re looking to jump right in, take the guesswork out of the equation and give these Green Spectrum approved recipes a try! Not a dud in sight.

Minimalist Baker never fails to impress. The flavors in this meal are unbelievable! The recipe is a bit more involved, but oh so worth it!
